Forever Free is dedicated to providing training resources to North Carolina law enforcement to equip patrol officers and specialized units with the most advanced tools for identifying trafficking operations, traffickers, and victims, procedures for reporting, uncovering the crime, and delivering services to victims.

The multidisciplinary law enforcement protocols are developed through real-world experience and input from the leading anti-trafficking law enforcement professionals from around the country. Forever Free law enforcement certification provides tools for identification and procedures for reporting; uncovering the crime, and second and third-level questioning using a domestic violence call example and a traffic stop example. Included is an overview of trafficker types, recruitment and grooming strategies, indicators for identifying victims, and material on sex buyers. With the ever-changing landscape of human trafficking, this series provides information for law enforcement members on cyber trafficking, digital platforms, social media, and online sex trafficking grooming tactics.

Forever Free offers free in-person and online training for any law enforcement officer and/or agency in North Carolina. Upon completion of the training, printable certificates are presented.

To date, Forever Free's law enforcement trainer Lance Lemmonds has trained over 4,000 law enforcement officers across the United States.
